Expert, care, and trust. If I could only pick three words to describe mine and my wife's experience with Boyan, those would be it. We'd been searching in Mississauga using gtahomehunting.ca, which we found way easier to use than the other big-brand realty sites. Boyan reached out and offered to book us showings at any properties we were interested in. It was such a refreshing change from the other realtors, who all wanted us to submit an application and sign an engagement contract first. We gave Boyan the two properties we wanted to see, and without us even asking, he put together a list of 5 more that matched what we were looking for. On the day, he drove us all around Mississauga to the properties, pointing out features and local hotspots along the way. It honestly felt like a guided tour. He even had bottles of water in the car for us. We ended up losing our first and only choice of the seven to another bid, which left us feeling a little down, tbh. But Boyan didn't miss a beat. He pulled together a fresh list of homes that had just hit the market, and by the next weekend he was driving us around again on a Sunday afternoon, showing us six more houses. Water in the car again, positive attitude again, pointing out things in each home for us to think about and helping us weigh our options. He was super proactive, reaching out to owners himself and asking questions we wouldn't have even thought to ask. Turns out the second try landed us an even better home than the first! This was (and still is!) a really busy stretch for my wife and me, with work picking up and a baby on the way in a few months. Boyan made the whole thing as easy as it could possibly be. He really went to bat for us in the negotiations, helping make our offer stand out while still keeping us within budget. He's an amazing, trustworthy realtor, but what really shined through and made the biggest difference was the care he put in. If you're looking for a home, do yourself a favour and get Boyan on your side. It'll be the best decision you make in your home hunt. 10/10 recommend!
